Legal and responsible use
We strongly discourage any criminal activity and do not condone any violations of the law in any jurisdiction you may be operating from or entering into. As a user, you are responsible for maintaining your credentials (user ID/password) and for all actions that take place on our servers where you use your user ID/password. You agree not to use our system for executing any malicious activities, including sending spam, scanning for open proxies, port scanning or open relays, sending opt-in email, unsolicited email, or any type or version of email sent in large quantities, even if the email is ultimately sent off of another server. You also agree not to launch any pop-ups from our service or attack or harm any other computer or network while using our service.
Availability and Service Quality
We strive to provide a reliable service that is available 24×7, excluding the time reserved for maintenance and repairs. However, we cannot guarantee the service’s availability due to unforeseen situations beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party failures in their service delivery, transmission, network, infrastructure, or equipment limitations, interference, interruption, or signal strength. We will not be held responsible for data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communication services or networks (e.g., T-1 lines or the Internet). We may impose restrictions such as usage or service limits, suspend service, or block certain kinds of usage in our sole discretion to protect users or the service. Network speed is an estimate and is no indication of the speed at which your or the service sends or receives data. Actual speed of the network will vary based on configuration, compression, network congestion, and other factors. The accuracy and timeliness of data received cannot be guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We do not log any user activity, including sites visited, DNS lookups, emails, and so on. Your personal information remains confidential and is not distributed to third parties. We do not entertain any requests for information. We will protect you to the best of our abilities, and our system is set up to automatically do so. Unfair Usage
We do not limit bandwidth or data usage per user, but the use of our service is subject to fair usage. Creating automated or manual VPN sessions in a manner that would impersonate a bot or exerting excessive load on the network that may disturb other users on the network, or utilizing substantially excessive bandwidth that exceeds the average user bandwidth usage for an extended duration come under unfair usage of the network. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate users found involved in unfair usage of our services.
Anti-Fraud Policy
Unbloc VPN reserves the right to disallow account creation to clients residing in African nations except South Africa. This is due to increasing complaints regarding fraudulent activities originating from Nigeria. However, Unbloc VPN reserves its right to allow anyone as an exception to get an account, on receipt of government-issued IDs or landline phone. Anyone who tries to bypass the conditions therein will immediately get his/her account terminated without providing a refund for Services already paid.
End of Services
Unbloc VPN has the right to terminate or pause its services at any time. If such an event occurs, you will be notified in advance, and any payment made for the service will be refunded.
Limited Liability
Unbloc VPN shall not be held liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from this Agreement or the use of its services. This includes damages for lost profits, loss of service use, loss of data, loss of privacy, and damages to third parties. Unbloc VPN’s maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the service or product.
Important Note
Unbloc VPN reserves the right to change and amend its Terms of Service at any time. If any changes occur, Unbloc VPN will inform its customers through email or updates. Your continued use of Unbloc VPN after the modifications will be considered agreement to the new Terms of Service.
Restricted Use
To access and use Unbloc VPN services, you must comply with these terms and all applicable regulations and laws. Unbloc VPN has the right to terminate accounts and block access to its services for users who violate these terms or any applicable laws.
You agree not to enable, encourage, or assist others in the following activities:
- Engaging in fraudulent, criminal, illegal, illicit, or unlawful activities, such as spamming, port scanning, sending unsolicited emails, using stolen credit cards, financial fraud, hacking, phishing, etc.
- Gaining unauthorized access to other networks or computers through Unbloc VPN services.
- Exploiting children in any way.
- Uploading or distributing files containing malicious software.
- Interfering with Unbloc VPN services or attempting to bypass security measures.
- Exploiting Unbloc VPN services in unauthorized ways or burdening network capacity.
- Using automated means without written approval.
- Collecting or harvesting personal information without consent or in violation of applicable laws.
- Imposing a large load on the infrastructure.
- Misrepresenting Unbloc VPN services.
- Incorporating Unbloc VPN services into another product or program.
- Reproducing, copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works based on Unbloc VPN services.
- Violating moral norms, fair conduct norms, or third-party rights.
- Harassing, stalking, threatening, promoting discrimination or bigotry.
- Manipulating Unbloc VPN brand, products, or services.
- Attempting unauthorized access to Unbloc VPN services or associated systems.
- Using Unbloc VPN services for military purposes or copyright infringement through torrenting.
Unbloc VPN has the right to refuse service, limit access, or suspend accounts without prior notice or refund. Account suspension may occur for investigation or clarification purposes. If your account is suspended, you should contact support for further information.
Unbloc VPN is not obligated to enforce these terms against you, but appropriate action may be taken at their discretion.
